I designed this because I don't trust the tiny MOSFETs on the RAMPs board any more than I trust the ones on the factory Anet board, but the MOSFET was hard to mount in any reliable or attractive way. This has a standoff of around 12mm to allow for routing wires under the board.
There are 3 through holes with a diameter of 4mm for the screws that pass all the way through and affix the entire assembly to the side of a printer. The other holes are blind 3mm and are meant to attach the boards with m3 screws. I've included a diagram and the f3d file so you can make any adjustments you need to.
