7 Segments Clock Frame for WS2812B leds and external MCU (Arduino, ESP, etc)

I adapted the models made by Sergio Morales to match my need.

I didn't want to have to use an ESP8266 (I wanted to use an external ESP32 running ESPHome). 

I added holes for easier wiring through the back of the digits instead of running all the wires internally. 

I re-designed the two-dot section between hours and minutes to match the shape of other segments.
