bltouch / 3dtouch mount for ender 3 max

This is a remix of bltouch and 3d touch mount for Ender 3 Max, same geometry but with this mount the bltouch can be placed rotated 180º so the board is facing the fan and the wiring is less exposed.

Enlarged a little bit the holes for nut heads, so them can fit better without rubbing the sides.
