3D Printed Hinges

Introduction

This is a 3D Printed Hinge. I designed it for use on a 3d printer enclosure. The design is quick to print and because of the threaded pieces it does require assembly but is very satisfying to put together and it is very functional. I chose to not make this print in place because there will be a certain amount of load on these hinges and if one breaks rather than having to reprint an entire Print in Place hinge I can simply just print the the part that broke saving time, money, and filament. This design is very easy to modify and change to your needs. I have included all of the .stp files needed to easily modify this design.

Inner Diameter of Hinge Doors: 9mm

Height: 35mm

Hinge Door A Screw Hole Size: 4.75mm

Hinge Door B Screw Hole Size: 4mm
