Parametric Magnet Caps - 506 sizes already downloadable !!!

I had some random size magnets at home and I needed some whiteboard/fridge style simple magnet… so I open python/freecad and generated all possible magnet cap possible… (and only printed the 5 I really needed…)

Anyway, now you have it too!

• Magnet Diameter: from D5mm to D50mm
• Magnet Height: from H2mm to H9mm
• When possible I generated a 10mm (big) & 5mm (slim) total height versions

In total you will find 506 downloadable variations. In addition I have uploaded the freecad file if needs be !

Advices on How to print/mount:

• Main advice: Make it as light as possible
• No support, print top down
• Add Magnet + super-glue, or just press fit it!
• et voilà !

To find the files you can ctrl+F in the “files” tab and then just search your dimensions "Dxx_Hxx". There is 1 folder per cap diameter.
