Needed something sturdy and wide enough for my headphones that could be mounted beneath my desk and also give plenty of support to the headrest.

Can be printed in PLA or PETG, my first one I printed in PETG with 100% infill and that came out almost unnecessarily strong.

No supports or anything like that needed.

Holes are sized for 3mm thread, 6mm head countersunk wood screws with 6mm pass-through for a screwdriver.
