You like flip-top bottles but don't want to take the beer bottles into office?
You don't want to buy blank bottles which have a flip-top but are not of same quality like those thick walled beer bottles and just don't feel right?
You like some club mate but are not happy with the screw on caps?
Then here is your solution: a flip-top screw on cap for e.g. club mate bottles.
I was using this adapter since about two months, but my own screw thread was not fitting properly so it was hard to handle after some time as it wore out quickly. After finding part https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1685815 which fits perfectly on bottles I decided to make a MKII of the adapter. Please note, that to increase the distance from your lips to the screw adapter itself i did cut off 5mm of the screw thread.
This is a WIP cause I might want still to in crease the distance to lips a little and maybe reduce on the upper end the diameter a little. From functional point this is fully working and also already used more than a week in productive environment...

The original autor of the screw thread did mention that you might need to scale your print as it otherwise will fit too well. I did have good results scaling everything to 103%.
After printing you just have to take the flip-top parts from a beer bottle, bend a little the mounting to the outside so that it fits over your mate bottle and you're good to go.The author marked this model as their own original creation. Imported from Thingiverse.
