[WiP] Mask ear strain reliever V3

[Work in Progress] Version 3 of the mask ear strain reliever. Idea was to be able to fit more on one print plate. It comes as halves that are later clipped together. Still work in progress, please try and tell me if it works for you too, so it can be shared more broadly.
