Revo Hemera XS D300VS+ Effector and Fan Shroud Modifications

EDIT 2023/8/5:  Forgot to add my wire tie beam it keeps the cables up from the plate.  

EDIT 2023/4/7:  Finally made my own clone of the effector from scratch out of FreeCAD.  No Spacers required now.  Much cleaner and got back 10mm of height and can crank up my accelerations again.  Photo is in pink PLA for contrast while I wait on the fancy SLS nylon order… I mean salmon.  Obviously that color is salmon.

Fan duct modifications:
I added a slot to the lower attach point to the Effector.  I then added a shelf that picks up the lower mount (after you rotate case) you shim with plastic washers once you set your depth correct.

If you have the Hemera XS you can just cut the unnecessary end off.
The physical model I have pictures of was before I made the shelf more contoured for the normal Hemera.  Since you might have older Hemeras out in the wild I made it fit both after the fact.
