BL-5 battery replacement to allow direct powering from a 7-8.4VDC power supply. I terminate mine in JST-XH and connect it to a bench supply.
The print can be made without supports, except under the retaining clip at the very top.
I use aluminum foil soldered to some thin wire to form the battery contacts.
