Do you ever open your rotary tool box only to find your cutoff wheel has broken? These brittle discs don't stand up very well to rolling around in your case while attached to the spindle, but I hate going to the trouble of unscrewing the tiny screw to remove them and re-attach them between uses.
I designed this canister to hold my disc and spindle without breaking between uses. Nothing elegant, but highly functional. It holds the larger Dremel 426 size as well as smaller discs.
I printed both pieces on a Prusa MK3S at 0.20mm QUALITY with Prusament PETG and 15% infill. The lid is already sized slightly larger than the container so that it spins freely when assembled, but the ridge holds the cap on pretty tightly.
