PTC Heater holder with 80mm Fan mount

Here's a holder for a PTC heater I made for heating my 3D printer enclosure which has a fan angled so pulls air down the side of the enclosure and blows down through the heater circulating the hot air.

Can be used anywhere which you want a small fan based PTC heater.

Settings are up to you on supports, speed etc.

You will want either Nylon66 filament which is what the heater uses or high temperature heat resistant tape.

Don't print this on PLA or any other low temperature filament as the PTC heater temperature is hot enough to melt ABS.

Extras needed:

m3 screws, washers and nuts to hold the PTC heater on and anti vibration pins for the fan.

High temperature heat resistant tape is needed around the PTC heater to avoid melting the holder.  See cover photo on how I applied it to mine.
