Idk why everyone is complaining. A little sanding in spots that need it that have tight tolerances and it fits amazing. Excellent job dude!

I printed mine, and it is too tight. the screw cannot even be put inside of the housing.

does anyone else have this problem, or do i just need to adjust my printers tolerances?

@lcjoyner_1893210 Sounds like a calibration or maybe some cooling problem, You can try printing a scaled down screw print. Or reading the comments from the original design here >> https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2854971 might hopefuly help.

Really nice design, I used threaded insets on the bolt for the bearings and worked a treat. Definitely a lot cleaner looking.

Nice part to replace a cracked tensioner body. Black parts were printed with Polymaker PETG. The knob was printed with Duramic 3D Red PLA all sliced on Prusa slicer Thanks much for the part.
