PET Strip Spooler And Spool Holder

You can use the PET Strip Spooler to easily store strips from PET bottles in compact form and nicely winded. Up to 7 spools will fit into the spool holder. The strip can be leaded from the holder to the machine for conversion to fillament. The strip unwind freelly.

I'm using this spooler for some time and it works very well. You will gain the skill after a few bottles.

Bill of material:

• M3x20 screw with allen hex head

Assembly:

The hex screw is screwed directly to the spooler body.

Update 12.2.2023 

• Added separate nut and washer (print the nut with 0.15mm layer height)
• Added washer with space for metal washer (outer diameter 72mm. inner diameter 22mm, height 5.6mm). This washer works like weight and block the PET strip to slip.
