Thicker Screen for Raspberry Pi 3(2) OctoPi Case with Touch Screen (OctoTouch)

Just a quick OpenSCAD hack of the original top_v2.stl to make it fit my WaveShare LCD (A) screen, which is somehow 1.x mm thicker than the one used in the original design.

• top_v2.stl - original top
• top_v2_+2mm.stl - 2mm thicker
• top_v2_+3mm.stl - 3mm thicker
• top_v2_+2mm_noinserts.stl - 2mm thicker with insert holes filled for M3 screws (no inserts necessary)
• top_v2_thicker.scad - the OpenSCAD file used for the hack

BTW, there is a piece inside the excellent https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3030160 that goes between the screen and the Pi to better support the screen for touching (5_Ender3_Touchscreen_Support.stl).
