To get the “bones” to print, use white filament for the first few layers and then switch to a contrasting colour. For mine, I printed in PETG with a 0.4mm nozzle and 0.15mm layer height and 15% infill.
I have not tried this in PLA; however, the bend for the finger actuator straps is not severe so PLA may function perfectly fine without breakage. If you try PLA, post a make and leave a comment to let me know how it turned out.
