HP Reverb G2 adapter for Mamut DX grips

Adapters for Mamut DX/DX Stealth grips so that they hold firmly on the Reverb G2 controllers. There is still a little flex, but I don't think that can be mitigated. No gluing required, the adapter is attached simply by putting it on. It holds against the tracking ring.
