DNL Kaabo Mantis 10 Mudguard [std/wide, front/back]

Longer mudguard/fender for Kaabo Mantis 10. Comes in variants:

• Standard (90 mm) | Wide (110 mm)
• Front | Back

Mudguards are longer than the original counterparts - especially the back mudguard is way longer, making it much more effective. Because of the length, the mudguards require extra support if you don't want them to snap. Also includes a damper spring protector part.

Hybrid metal support

There's a plastic support part that you can attach to the brake nuts, but I've been having issues with the plastic support not being strong enough, so I've also designed a separate hybrid metal support where one part (same for all variants) is laser cut from 2mm stainless steel.

Print config & hardware

Print config I've tested it with (I've included a 3mf file with the settings I'm using):

• PETG, 240 °C
• .6 mm nozzle, .3 mm layer height, .8 mm extrusion width
• 20% infill, 2 perimeters

You'll need:

• 4× M3x12 screw as a replacement for the short ones present with the default mudguard.
• 2× M5x16–20 screw + locking nut for attaching mudguard to the base
• 1× M5x12 screw + locking nut for attaching support to the mudguard
• If using the metal support, you'll need one extra M5×12 screw and nut.
