This is my take on an E3D V6 nozzle case. I took a look at a bunch of other models of nozzle cases on Printables and none of them really fit my bill:

Tight Fitment
No support
Easy to print
Full coverage on the sides and not too much leakage
Easy to slide in and out
Doesn't need to screw in
- Nozzles should be able to slide in and out without worrying about threads which can be difficult to print

I designed this case with these requirements in mind, starting with dealing with fitment. I found that some of the sliding rails in other models can be fairly difficult to print as they are direct overhangs, despite being small. Instead, I did a 60 degree outwards slope followed by an inverse 60 degree inwards slope to make a very easily printable sliding rail.

I also combatted the slop in most other \u201cremixed\u201d case models by designing the case to be direct fit with a 0.2mm tolerance between the cover and the main body. This was fairly robust and tight from my testing, so I added a finger slide strip on the bottom of the cover to easily slide out the body with a push.

Also, was not a fan of the open design so I made the back entirely enclosed.

This was designed to fit nine (9) E3D V6 nozzles with a 5mm nozzle head size (perfect for SliceEngineering Vanadium nozzles, that I use exclusively), but I can easily release additional models with higher headroom. I found these SliceEngineering Vanadium to be just the right size for these, with about a 0.2mm headroom on top.

Special Concerns
- I recommend dialing in your z-offset for your first layer on the main body very well. Because this is a sliding fit, any elephant's foot will cause major fitment problems. Alternatively, turn on elephant's foot compensation to -0.2mm on contours P

Print Orientation

Print the main body with the rails pointing upwards and the large flat surface touching the build plate. The holes should be open from the top
Print the cover with the opening towards the sky
