Modified this model Thing files for Skull Mask Remix by Dream3D_UK - Thingiverse that it has smoother surface and no sharp edges, so that it does not hurt at wearing and the headband will not get damaged.

The print is in Prusament PETG Yellow Gold and with the width of 125mm for a 6 year old child. For a 8 year old, i currently print it with 135mm width.
