Print instructions

•  Recommended 9 perimeters (at 0.4) on the sides so they are strong.

Version without screws

• The bar will need supports in the protruding parts.

Version with screws:

• The sacrificial layer on the sides has a thickness of 0.25, so no more than that layer height (0.2 is ok).

Post-Printing

Version without screws

1. Glue the two bar parts.
2. Glue the sides to the bar.

Version with screws

Needs 3x M5x40 socket head screws and 3x M5 square nuts.

1. Join the two bar parts with an M5-40 screw and M5 square nut.
2. Remove the sacrificial layer from the sides and use 2x M5-40 screws to connect them to the bar. Use optional 2x M5 square nuts.
