Transport Case for 12 Gram CO2 Cartridges

This case allows you to safely store and transport 12 gram CO2 cartridges that are used in some air pistols and other applications like emergency tire inflators for bicycles. It is mainly intended for refillable cartridges that will discharge CO2 if a pointed object is pushing against their front or back end, but single use cartridges will fit inside it as well. To protect from accidental discharge it has shoulders on the inside that are keeping the ends clear of the case wall. It also has two holes and channels around the ends, so that if a seal starts leaking the CO2 can safely escape, avoiding the risk of pressure build up inside the case.

Update (11 Dec 2022): I have updated the design and added two grooves to the top part. This allows the use of O-rings or rubber bands as a way to indicate the full / empty status of the cartridge in the case.
