I originally printed the source model but didn't have a 30mm socket to use with it.  I had to resort to using a adjustable crescent wrench.  Unfortunately the wrench just slipped as the plastic was elongating out the open end of the wrench.

This is just a simple remix to fit a 21mm socket (the largest I had).  It fixed the issue with the wrench slipping, and I was able to attach the socket to a breaker bar.  This was able to withstand a surprising amount of force, but it probably won't work if your freewheel is really stuck on.

Should be printed in 100% infill.  I printed lying down (in the provided orientation) for additional rotational strength.  This is because 3d printed objects tend to break along layer lines.  You will need minimal supports for that orientation (60° overhangs should be sufficient).

I've attached the OpenSCAD file used to remix the source model as well.  Requires downloading the source model into the same directory if you want to use it.
