Bafang DP C240 CAN Mount Replacements

Replacement parts for the Bafang DP C240 CAN LCD and Button Mount.

The tolerances are relatively tight so there might have to be some sanding/filing/post-processing.

LCD Mount

Requires original hardware

• 3x M2 screws
• 1x M3 screw

and additional hardware:

• 1x M3 Nut/Brass Insert

You will need to use a heated brass insert or nut and put into the hexagonal slot so the mounting clamp (M3 can still fit). Otherwise, the normal screws (M2) should still be able to mount to the base, if not you may have to drill slightly deeper into the pockets. Alternatively, just replace the screws with longer ones.

Recommended print orientation: Screw holes are vertical, either upside right or upside-down is fine, depending on whether you want the outside/inside to look good.

Button Mount

Requires original hardware

• 1x M4 Screw
• 1x Metal Pin (~2mm x ~19mm)

You'll have to remove the metal pin holding the original clamp together, then the new one should be a drop-in replacement with the same hardware.

Can be printed in PLA, but will probably deform/perform badly in exposed extreme weather conditions.

Recommend using PETG or ABS.
