Duplicator i3 Plus / MP Maker Select Plus Snap Fit Pi 4 and 3B+ Cases

Added mounting holes to @Malolo's screw-less / snap fit Raspberry Pi 4 Case & Stands and @Malolo's screw-less / snap fit Raspberry Pi 3 Model B+ Case & Stands so that I could mount it to my MP Maker Select Plus (aka Wanhao Duplicator i3 Plus). This uses 2 existing screws on the upper-right side of the printer, so no additional hardware is required. The top of the case will be flush with the top of the printer, and it is centered on the vertical support. The USB ports will be facing downwards so you can run the USB cable for serial directly down to the port on the printer. This also works well for having a camera mounted to the X-axis gantry with @taxilian's Articulating Raspberry Pi Camera Mount remix for MP Maker Select Plus.

This design just modifies the bottom of the case. You will also need to print any one of the case tops from the original pi4 model here or original pi3b+ model here.

The OpenSCAD source used to add the holes is also attached, so the mounting points can be customized if desired.
