Version 2 now with no supports!  Now with no store bought hardware. A more robust design to avoid breaking the feet when storing the grill.

Adjustable feet / legs for the Traeger Ranger tabletop pellet grill.

This replaces the square rubber feet that ship with the grill as standard and allows for some adjustability when using on a non level surface such as your tail gate or picnic table.

I have tested this at 450F temperatures and have not seen any issues with the plastics softening. Please do keep in mind, even a small grease fire will soften these legs. I recommend printing in PETG and the pictures you see are in fact PETG printed. You could try printing the Foot Grip or Foot Regular in TPU.

For all four feet / legs you will need to print the following:

4 x Foot Regular

           or

4 x Foot Grip

          and

4 x Leg Outsert
4 x Pin Long
4 x Bolt Big

To reduce stringing, print one part at a time.

To assemble:

  1. Remove factory rubber foot cover
  2. Push on the Leg Outsert
  3. Insert the Pin Long through the hole in the metal leg
  4. Push on the Bolt Big
  5. Add a bit or wax to the threads of Foot Regular or Foot Grip in screw it in to the Leg Outsert
