Various Merit Badges for Students

Introduction

I created various small badges which can be dealt out to students after completing a workshop or for special achievements. You can attach the badge with a lace however you see fit. Alternatively, the badges can also be used on a key chain and fit easily onto a standard sized key ring. 

Printing Instructions

I printed the models you can see in the pictures on a Prusa MK3S+ in PLA without any issues. I used a 0.4mm nozzle and a layer height of 0.2mm with an infill setting of 15%.

The colors I used were prusament galaxy black for the first part of the models and silver for the second part. The color change should happen at a height of 2mm.

For a smooth surface finish I recommend to enable ironing for all top surfaces. Also make sure to align the seams.
