qidi-X-Plus-filament-guide

A filament guide for the Qidi X-Plus (X-Max?) , which replaces the original and can also be used with the hood closed. For mounting, the filament guide is simply pushed from behind into the original holder. Through the small hole at the front end, this could be secured with a wire (probably not needed).

It guides a Ptfe hose through the opening in the printer hood. The probability of the filament rolling back is drastically reduced.

It can be used with the original Qidi spool holder or with any other holder that feeds the filament to the printer from the back. 

You should use a 4x3x485 mm Ptfe hose that protrudes 20 mm at the X point (see picture). 

The ptfe-hose fits to Merlins Qidi-X-Plus Printhead-Mod and to the original printhead cover.

Place it as it is saved.
0.2 mm layer height
Support: yes - overhang angle 55°.
Placement of the support: touching the building plate
