Replacement for laundry Basket connector

My laundry  basket connector got cracked

and i just bought a 3d printer so that is my first design. 

I would love some tips on how to make it rounder and nicer so it wont tear up the fabric

Note the protruding line on the outside hods up the basket.

I Print Settings:

Biqu PETG Blue

Creality Ender 3 S1 Pro

1st layer 245 bed 75

241 c and 70 c for the rest

0.28 layer hight ,
