Fidget Clicker Wheel Mini

This fidget toy that can be rotated with one hand unconsciously. The click feeling of the “Fidget Clicking Wheel 2.0” is retained in a smaller size.

Print Settings:

• Material: PLA, PETG
• Layer height: 0.15 - 0.20mm
• Supports: no
• Perimeters: 2

Assembly: 
0. print a total of 4 parts: ‘Case_M’, ‘Case_F’, ‘SpringFrame’ and 'Wheel_20T'. 
 

1. Put the ‘Wheel_20T’ onto the 'case_M' part and check its rotation. if rotation feels stiff, use a file to trim as necessary. 
 

3. Snap-on the opposite side of the 'case_F'.
 

Note:

• In my case with slicer, layer heights above 0.28mm, the spring clearance lost are do not function.
• Do not use Matte PLA, Silk PLA, as they have weak layer adhesion and can break with snap-on.
• If you remove the printed parts from the build sheet while they are still hot, the parts may warp and not fit together properly, wait for the parts to cool and peel off.

v1.1 files - I have revamped the snap-fit structure, adhesive should no longer be necessary.
