Pinecil rugged Case

Remixed the two cases together for a watertight, more rugged option. Modified to suit 2m cable instead of 1.5m in the original, and hold the pine64 pinecil mini stand. (use VHB).

Also added different options (bottom insert) for storing fold out stand, mini spools of solder extra tips.
