I like @extrutim's cable strap but found that straps printed with PLA and PETG broke easily after a few open-and-closes of the latch. On the other hand, TPU straps have worked fine for me. Alas, I found it basically impossible to push a TPU strap into the hole in the clamp, even the version with the larger hole. And my printer is well calibrated and prints the small tolerance clamps just fine.
So I just increased the hole a little bit. I also saw @celestrialdream's remix, but the hole in that model is just way too large and the strap falls out easily. I added an extra 0.3mm tolerance to the larger hole version of the original design, and I can now push the TPU strap in easily but it still stays in there tight.
I printed it with the Arachne slicing algorithm enabled, but you need to set the slide gap closing radius in Print Settings→Advanced→Slicing to 0.0049 to avoid the hinge to be fused. Or switch to Classic slicing mode.
UPDATE 10-27-22: Created a version using the extrutim's “larger tolerance” base model, in case your printer needs it.
