I needed to replace a standard European switch with an Aqara smart button. To cover the standard 60mm hole in the wall and mount the Aqara button, I created a two part solution. The base plate is 80mm square with screws 58 mm apart, for mounting to a standard European round electrical can/jack. The cover is a pressure fit with a cutout for the Aqara button.
I printed with 0.6mm Nozzle on a MK3S with 0.3mm layer height and got a good press fit for the cover and base plate. The Aqara slot was a little two tight in the corners. I'll need to adjust the radius before trying to print again, but it took a couple of minutes of sanding just the corners to get a good press fit for the Aqara button in the cover.
