I printed it with PETG, but other materials would work too.
Moderate fit as is. Does not fall out but from time to time needs to be pushed in a bit.
Definitely would be better of putting in some glue to secure it if you want to have it rock solid but for me it works over 6 months without issues just inserted.
The design is intentionally simple and can be printed without supports.
You have to break apart the old cover to get it out throught the hole or disassembling the handlebar is necessary.
