A lasercut Kansas City sign in the style of the sign on top of the Western Auto Building. I used 3 mm (1/8") baltic birch plywood and 3 mm red and white acrylic.
Glue the letters and arrow pieces to the sign. I used a gel style super glue, which gives me a little time to position the pieces.
Glue the supports to the back of the sign. I used wood glue. You can print the glue guide to ensure that the supports are aligned properly.
How I Designed This ===================I referenced various photos of the Western Auto sign when creating the vector file in Inkscape.
The glue guide was designed in Autodesk Fusion 360.
