This is a small wire spool printed in two halves to avoid supports. The two halves are threaded and there is a small hole for inserting the wire to make spooling easier. The outside rim has small slots for holding the other end of the wire to prevent unwinding. The thread tolerances are a bit tight as I didn't want these to be able to vibrate apart bouncing around in a portable kit. You may want to scale up/down the XY slightly or adjust the clearance in the FreeCAD model if you find them too tight. Alternatively, I found that heating the threads slightly for a few seconds with a lighter right before assembly softens the tiny imperfections from the layer lines just enough to alow them to screw together nicely. The FreeCAD file includes a simple spool winder for a cordless drill, however I didn't include the .amf files here because it isn't very good.
