Hello! During the construction of the new high school I'm currently attending, the construction crew gave us a crap ton of new Color Source Pars with no diffusers or gel frames, and therefore we had to take things into our own hands and “design” gel frames.
These frames are seven inches from end to end, with a hole that is six inches in diameter, perfectly matched to the metal gel frames we brought with us during the move. It is extremely important that you DO NOT use this design on any incandescent fixtures, as there is a chance the heat from the bulb could melt the plastic, causing the frame to deform, or worse, melt onto whoever is sitting below. The “SHSTC” lettering is unimportant, and simply a branding thing for our HS Theatre Club so that the construction company or anyone else who finds a misplaced one can easily track it back to us. If that's an issue for you go into the Solidworks file and just remove the text.
