This is a front bumper retainer for my 2000 WJ Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. I'm assuming it is the same for all 1999 - 2004 WJ Jeep Grand Cherokees, and you can't really mistake this for any other body fastener I have seen.
It is fully functional when printed in any tuff filament with resistance to road/petrol solvents like gasoline, diesel, tar, oil, etc.
The insert is intended to be printed at the angle I modeled it with for layer strength.
There is no better way to say this next part without making it obvious I tried to avoid it, so keep your mind out of the gutter
It will fit tight at first, so pop the tab in and out a few times to loosen the slot before installing the retainer in it's hole.
Print Settings
I printed this with Overture Easy Nylon, on a .4mm nozzle @ .6mm line width (for extra squish/layer adhesion), at 0.1mm layer height (again for squish/layer adhesion), with 100% infill.
Post Processing
To harden the parts I put them in my cold oven, set it to bake at 70c/180f for 2 hours, then left it in the oven to cool slowly for several more hours.
Overture's site specifies the 70c and 2 hours.
