Motorcycle and bicycle trailer modifications (Humbaur)

Had the challenge to transport 2 motorcycles and 2 bicycles for holidays and did not want to rent or buy a trailer for it.

So I modified my existing Humbaur trailer “a little bit” :-) and printed a couple of parts for the “face lifting”.

The first fotos show the modified trailer. The last foto shows the original trailer. 
The whole change takes about 1.5 to 2 hours and makes only sense for longer trips - of course.

I used Polycarbonat (PC) as printing material to get more robustness and strength. It is really a cool and strong material. I used it also for other tools (see my other models).
