Adjustable Face Shield Strap (TPU Flexible Filament)

It is hard to find elastic bands now. So I tried to design some 3D-printable straps using my TPU filaments.

Printed in ColorFabb Varioshore TPU. In that filament the stripe looks a little ugly, and hard to fixate. Going to print v1.

For the model with the stopper, I moved the stopper to the center of the buckle. Otherwise it slips too much.

Just see the STLs so alter previous post but Whats the difference in the designs please.

It would help to have full instuctiosn ie al;l the settings. and STL for those of us who dont have a Prussa Printer but looking to help with PPE. I have a Raise 3D N2 Dual printer with Bond tech extrude up grade. No luck with ninja flex yet so help and advice ins things like what to use as support needed. This means the little details you take for granted everyone knows as I dont please. This includes things like the infill, retraction support, fill in patterns, first few layers etc etc please (edited)

Haven't printed yet, but slicer says 30 min with Ender 3. Not too bad.

Great! I found, with TPU flexible, we need to leave a bit more space between the extruder and the bed. Normally, I do not even use hair spray but it does not hurt. On a Flashforge Pro, I am printing at 235 and 60 degrees. Best, LGBU

Very interesting, I'll keep that in mind! Thanks!
