Industrial plastic roll dispenser

my roll dispenser broke i designed a new roll holder. i hope to help someone with this project. 

you need:

• 2 x 50mm m5 screws for side
• 2 x m5 nuts for side
• 2 x m5 washer for side (to be placed on the outside of the roll dispenser)
• 1 x 20mm m3 screws for side
• 1 x 25mm diameter PVC pipe
