P320 FCU Bending Kit (Work in progress)

Machine: Klutch 3-1 Manual Brake Press 

This project is under construction and as I keep tweaking and testing, this will be my landing zone for uploading files and keeping the most current, tried and true testing files located. 

Please use these files to test your blanks with 

10/22/22 : creating those side bends are tricky, looks like the best way to gets these tackled is with a 2-part bend to create the offset, (FYI) the front and back bends on both sides are also 2 different sizes. so you would need 2 different size offset brake dies, if your going this route. I would recommend not trying the offset Brake but I will upload the correct sizes if needed.

10/22/22: Goose neck 45 Degree & 140 Degree Male Die Added for 2Part offset testing. There are 2 different size Female plates because the bend dimensions are different for these offsets 

10/23/22: Box shaped Bend: 86 Degree Female Plate with matching 90 Degree Gooseneck Die.., Accounting for small amount of spring back and these are lifted off my machine's “X” axis to compensate for the lower components of the P320 FCU not catching during the bend, will post pics with set up demonstration 

10/26/2022: Updated Front and Rear dies with correct offset size, shape and degree
