With permission, here is a continuation of thetunebot's whistle from thingverse, a single and multiple piece Irish Whistle, I have uploaded a 3mf and adjusted the materials and scale factors to what worked best for me.

Both octaves are easily accessible (blow harder for higher register).

Best printed vertically with the mouthpiece at the top, you'll need your bed adhesion dialled to make it all the way to the top successfully. I suggest a big brim to help with this too however I do not need any brim's on the MK3S+ heated bed. 10% infill and 0.28mm layer height work well as shown in the parts in Blue, however the transparent green PETG was done ‘glass’ style at 0.1mm layer height. NO SUPPORTS NEEDED for the single piece except if you intent to print my 3mf that fits the single piece into the smaller print area, check my snug supports there.

The multiple part print accommodates smaller printers and in this case the prusa. Print all parts with a brim if necessary, though again, my heated bed didn't need a brim. 0.28mm layer height at 10% infill worked well for me.

The joiners are for the multiple part assembly. Uploaded are 3 separate sizes though i found the tight fit works well in PLA in addition to some glue or tape on the inside to get a good air seal. I found a TPU print of the tight fit at 96% works really well without glue or tape, just make sure the whistle is straight otherwise you get issues with the notes. Make sure the whistle parts are inserted fully (8mm) into the joiner and that no glue gets into the internal pipe of the whistle.

The internal cylinder profile needs to be very smooth if you want a good sound.

My green part was 100% infill green PETG, red is TPU, blue is PLA.

Clip the mute over the flipple and experiment with how much of the soundhole is covered to get a quieter sound for those late night practice sessions.

Have included the small mouthpiece as a separate print to assist in remixes.

Differences of the remix compared to the original

Added a modification to allow it to be printed as a split part and as a single part both on a MK3 / MK4 bed size
