This model was created with measurements taken from a used sleeve. I have accounted for this wear and not modeled it, so this should be as for a brand new sleeve. All measurements are accurate to within 0.05mm, and the critical ones are tighter than this (but no tighter than 0.01mm). I noticed that this was on the order of machining tolerances as well. Should the part become unavailable, one could use this model to manufacture new ones.
This sleeve should fit the C50/52 transmissions, and possibly other C-series as well.

My model sleeve in particular came from a C52 fitted to a 1988 MR2 with 200k miles. See http://www.mr2.net/trackdayqueen/fithgear.htm for photos of the parts and of replacement. In this guide he also replaces the selector fork, which I do not think is truly necessary to fixing the common issues.
