Klein Tools Folding Knife Pocket Clip Upgrade

The flimsy clip on my pocket knife snapped off, so I designed this replacement. It fits Klein Tools model 44228 and reuses the original T6 Torx screws. I printed it in PETG with a 0.08mm layer height for smoother contours and 5 perimeters for added strength. No supports required.

The stock clip is terribly designed and would snag on anything you walked too close to. My design is much more appropriate for wearing the knife clipped inside the pocket and is more ergonomic, especially for lefties. It has been in use for two years now with no issues.
