One of the four locks of this lunch box was broken… so I cleaned up the remains of the broken live hinge, and made this simple clamp to retain this side.
Contrary to the original lock, this one should be inserted in the bottom of the box first, and then pushed over the lid, and conversely for opening. So it doesn't need a handle to open, and this makes it less likely to open by accident.
The extruded profile is fully parametric, so I hope it can be reused easily ! It's probably more convenient to disable the chamfers for parameters tuning, due to the expensive Minkowski sum computation, and setting the height to a few millimeters enables quick test prints.
