You have MMU2s, but want an easy way to do single color prints without worry about the buffer, filament winders, table-top spool holders, etc. Now, you can re-use stock Prusa MK3s spool holder with your MMU2s for single color prints.
To use this filament guide, you just need an M5 coupler like comes with the MMU2s. I used the one that goes on to the MMU2s selector, and instead used a printed coupler there created by 78zeros:

Then you may attach this filament guide to the stock prusa MK3s top-mounted spool holder, and connect a PTFE tube from it to the back of the MMU2s. I use the "Extruder 1" tube. And then if I want to print a multicolor print I can still have the other 4 tubes for up to 4 colors. Or easily detach the PTFE tube from this guide for up to 5 colors on the other spool holders. Easy, quick.
See photos for how I have this set up. Feel free to remix it to make it better. STEP file included.
I recommend printing this at 0.15mm layer height, 0% infill, and 6 perimeters on 0.40mm nozzle.
