This is my design of dish that is ventilated from below. Objects placed in this dish dry fast, as there is an air flow possible from all sides.
Print the dish with the flat bottom on the print bed. In order to get nice looking results, make sure you use either the prepared project for Prusa slicer LR2264-082x052-R14 Print.3mf
or adjust the print parameters as shown the following table:
Nozzle Size: | designed for 0.4mm |
Layer Height: | designed for 0.2mm |
Filament Materials: | PLA or PETG |
Perimeters: | 2 perimeters |
Prusa Slicer Profile: | “0.2mm Quality” |
Supports | No supports required |
Required Extra Settings |
|
The part number and file name have the following format:
LR2264-<width>x<depth>-R<rim height>.3mf
The width and depth values are the outer dimension of the dish in mm.
The dimension R
defines the height of the rim measured from the base, to get the total height of the dish, add 8.2mm to this dimension.
Check out the catalog LR2264 Catalog.pdf
for all models and all dimensions.
You can buy the Fusion360 design for a small amount, supporting the work on this and future designs.
