Mason Jar Lid Holder Improved

I've improved the parameterization of the design in Fusion360 to make it easier to generate versions for different lid sizes. Included in the Parameters are now presets for "Regular" and "Wide" Ball Jar sizes.

In the three starred parameters, just change the word "Wide" to "Regular" to switch.

The only difference in the part is a new fillet on the Lid holder.

And for consistency with Ball packaging, I've renamed parameters to refer to the "Lid" (the flat part with the rubber seal, and the "Band" (the ring-shaped part that screws on to the jar).

I've included STL files for both Regular and Wide mouths.
