Cooler Hinge with a Stop

My cooler had 3 "living hinges" that broke.  I designed and printed replacement hinges that use a 5mm dia. x 60mm length stainless steel dowel pin.  The hinge includes a stop to keep the cooler's lid from falling open too far.

It is printed vertically so the dowel pin will fit well.  I printed it with supports as shown in one of the photos, using support enforcers only.  These supports break out easily and cleanly.

It is printed in Overture PLA at 0.2mm Layer Height, 50% Infill, and 4 Perimeters.

For assembly, just align the left and right hinges sides and force in the stainless dowel pin.
